Refunds & Returns
We accept returns or refunds only on new sealed/never used items. We accept refunds and returns on orders made from our website if ever you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days (from delivery day).
Marbecs Store promise full refund and or exchange within the time stated above. This is as long as the package/product is not used, opened and have not been removed from original packaging or tags removed from clothing. This is all due to health and hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not accept returns and refunds on earrings, bikinis and underwear. We take responsibility for all our order to insure we send out high quality products to our customers. We do not accept refunds on damaged products please get in contact to get further clarification and solutions. We fully advice if size small get in contact with us and return the item for exchange or refund.
Please be aware that once returning products back to us we do not cover any postage costs or risks associated with the postage. We regret that it is not our responsibility for lost postage during returns process and advice you track your item until received to avoid any disappointments. Please also understand that we do not offer any refund on original postage costs.
We also do not offer refunds on items bought on sales but accept exchanges on item.
