Welcome to Marbecs store. Below is our delivery information. We offer free delivery both in Ireland and international.
After placing your order with Marbecs Store, you will receive a notification email outlining details of your order and confirming that we have received and accepted your order. This serves as a receipt on your purchase with order number noting all information regarding cost of product, cost of delivery and info and your billing address. You are allowed to print it if you wish.
*Please note that once your order is in process or shipping state we cannot cancel or modify anything.
All products purchased from Marbecs Store are delivered in a box of different styles and size depending on order, with also information about us and latest offers. All orders are free delivery. Our standard delivery period is expected to take 4-7 working days.
*all preorder items takes approximately 8-10 working days on shipping deliveries.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY DURING SALES
Please do note that during sales orders may take longer to be processed and delivered. When ordering items on sale you will receive 2 emails from us. The first email will be to confirm that we have received your order, and the second email will be of update on the order confirming availability of the item.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept refunds and returns on orders made from our website if ever you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days (from delivery day).
Marbecs Store promise full refund and or exchange within the time stated above. This is as long as the package/product is not used, opened and have not been removed from original packaging. This is all due to health and hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not accept returns and refunds on bikinis, earrings, underwear, sale items and makeup accessories. If there is damage or fault to orders delivered to you please get in contact with our customer service at with proof of where possible showing the damage or fault immediately (preferably within 24hrs upon delivery).
Please be aware that once returning products back to us that we do not cover any postage costs or risks associated with the postage. We regret that it is not our responsibility for lost postage during returns process. Please also understand that we do not offer any refund on original postage costs.
